Communication is the cornerstone of excellent patient care. In order to reaffirm our commitment to our hospital and physician partners SAC has formed a communication task force. The task force is identifying ways that we can better communicate with our peers as well as within our group. The most pressing item identified was a better way for physicians to actively reach out to SAC regarding concerns or questions about patient care or administrative items. To answer this concern SAC created a physician hotline.
“SAC is committed to increasing consistent and real-time communication through processes designed to provide better customer service and feedback. Not only will these initiatives help our medical partners they will also improve patient care,” said Kristen Bostedo-Conway, Marketing Manager and leader of the communication task force.
